When the chips were down, Brad never gave up

Throughout a long protracted sale, which required problem solving outside the normal process, Brad kept going. Finding solutions, being proactive, communicating almost daily. Negotiating better deals. Pushing himself and his client on. His knowledge of the market allowed me to make informed decisions, but also to know when a deal wasn't good enough and there could be a better one around the corner.
