A large part of why this purchase was possible was due to Ken taking us to homes after working hours, while always being professional, genuine ,and prompt. Furthermore, Ken often explains the many different parts of the house buying process to address any uncertainties that we may have, therefore making things very clear and transparent. Once the property was purchased, he gave helpful advice on things we should do to get everything ready for the settlement date. Overall, a great person and agent who we would recommend.
