Steve Alfeld Superman! Harcourts

We were advised that Steve should be the man to sell an estate home on behalf of the Executors. We already knew Steve personally and the Executors were happy to go with someone we had a relationship with. We found him to be exactly as we were advised he would be. Steve gave an honest opinion on the value of the property whilst not ruling out the possible sale price that could be achieved. He new exactly the market in the area and the benefits a home there would be to a multiple buyer type. There was no mucking around, straight onto it. We were pleasantly surprised at what was offered in regard to fees. The house was sold at a very agreeable price. And Steve is such a nice guy!
