Right from the moment, I contact Andrew Sare to ask him to help my partner and me to find a new home, (First home buyer) and his team were on to it. He would send to me on a daily basis a list of properties that were in our budget to look through. I would then advise him what open homes we would like to attend and would meet us on site. The knowledge and homework he had done before the open home was invaluable to us. Andrew made everything easy for us, signing the contract through to the final inspection a couple of days before settlement. I am going to recommend Andrew to friends,family, colleagues and anyone else who requires an agent.
