We recently listed our house with Mike in what we thought would be a hard market (there were about 75 properties in the $900k to $1.2m price bracket in Halswell). With Mike’s expertise , in just over 12 days we received a pre auction offer and our auction was brought forward, selling our home cash and unconditional. We are absolutely over the moon with the result. Mike was very professional and throughout the whole campaign we felt like he answered all our questions and went above and beyond for us. I can't thank Andrew enough for being so professional and empathetic to our circumstances from start to finish of the sale of our Mother's Flat. Andrew walked in the door and immediately saw the emotional state I was in as well as the vast journey we had undertaken. He gave guidance without pushing, provided solutions to an overwhelming situation and provided support without any negative comments. Andrew kept communication at the forefront to both myself and my brother, neither who live in Christchurch, during the whole sale process and for that we will both be eternally grateful.
