We chose John to market our residential section. He was very professional. He recommended a good marketing package, but then didn't just sit back and wait for the phone to ring. John has an extensive network of buyers and developers whom he contacted. The end result was we had a lot of registered buyers and 11 side agreements prior to the auction. (The auctioneer said this was the most he had recently seen.) We had an active auction with many true bidders resulting in a great price achieved.
