We met Oksana by chance when she was selling a neighbor's property. She had a great knowledge of the property in the area so we asked her to look at selling ours. she was onto it immediately and had offers on our laps in days. She is a very polite, professional and honest person. We mostly appreciated that we felt we were being told what we needed to hear and not fantasy stories about making millions (although she did make us some nice money!). She sold our house and far met our expectations. She then made it her duty to find us a new house. She showed us our dream house that seemed to good to be true but Oksana made it all happen. As i write this, we actually move in tomorrow and we consider ourselves the luckiest people to have found Oksana to be our agent. We first met Marie at several open homes while we were looking to purchase a new family home. Marie listened to our needs and requirements and used her skills and industry knowledge to short list several properties that fitted into our criteria. We purchased one of those properties through auction. Marie made the process very easy from start to finish. We were so impressed by Marie’s attention to detail that since purchasing our family home with her, we have since sold an investment property with Marie as the sole agent. After the first weekend of that property going on the market, New Zealand went into lockdown. At no stage did this concern Marie.
