Without the encouragement and support from Spencer we would never even have dreamed to achieve what we have achieved. His communication was precise and understandable for complete laymen like us. He responded immediately to all our silly questions patiently. He gave us great advice that in the end secured us the deal. We can’t praise his efforts highly enough.

Oksana was very helpful throughout the whole process. The initial viewing was very informative but she also gave us time to look through the place by ourselves which meant we didn’t feel overwhelmed or talked at. The communication throughout the purchase was incredibly efficient, very friendly and overall very helpful. She has been a wonderful person to work with as a new home owner!

I recently bought a townhouse and Max was the agent representing the developer/builder. Unlike many agents who tend to be quite "pushy", Max was very patient when I struggled to decide on the price etc. He was very prompt to get the necessary answers to questions which helped me make the decision to go unconditional with the sale. After the sale went unconditional, he went the extra mile to ensure I can gain access to the house for drapes measurement and viewing with my property management agent. He has given me the confidence that he will follow through with what he has agreed to in our conversations. I wish him the very best in his future endeavours and will definitely use his service should I need to buy or sell a property in Christchurch. Of course, he will be the salesperson whom I will refer my friends to use.

Oksana was just simply amazing. She was so easy to get a hold off and was flexible to work with. She goes an extra mile for her clients and she has a in-depth knowledge of whatever her individual buyer wants and like. Simply a 10/10 experience with her.

Ash was great, although we didn't deal with him too directly, his communications were fast and concise. We had a good experience and would work with him again in the future.

From the first meeting with Spencer, to the purchase of our new property, we were impressed with his professionalism, knowledge and friendliness. He had a great understanding of the market and showed us a range of properties within the criteria of what we wanted. He was readily available for open homes and also showed us other properties on a private basis. He helped our understanding of the various contract processes by being very open and clear in answering our many questions. This was particularly helpful and took a lot of the stress and worries out of buying. Spencer's passion for helping people shone through and we benefitted greatly from that. We thoroughly recommend Spencer as a buyer's agent.
