We have been happy to work with Ash Sutherland-Todd on several occasions, and previously with his wife Shar. Now their son Spencer has joined the team. It's a pleasure to deal with them - we have found them all to be friendly and obliging. Ash is not pushy and is keen to listen to the client's needs, and then works hard to find the best result, be that a sale or a purchase. Highly recommended!

We had a fantastic experience first selling, then buying with Max. He communicated brilliantly and kept us informed throughout the entire process. It was great knowing we had someone who was genuinely ‘on our team’ providing sound advice and support and can thoroughly recommend engaging Max as a trusted person to manage your sale or purchase.

Right from the very first meeting with Marie we knew she would do her best for us and she did. She gave 110% and reported back to us after the open homes. She's friendly, extremely efficient and we sold our house at auction. We would recommend Marie to anyone thinking of selling their house. Kyle the auctioneer gave a glowing report on our home at auction and together with Kyle the CEO of Harcouts Holmwood we got the best possible price on the day. We don't give praise unless we think it's earned so well done team!! And thank you Marie !!

My husband and I had a fantastic experience with Philippa Benton from Harcourts. She was professional, attentive, and genuinely cared about every detail we asked her about the house, now our home. She answered all out queastions, scheduled viewings, meetings, and even late night phone calls promptly. Pip always goes out of her way finding solutions on querries she's not sure of and comes back to us straight away. These have made us easy to deal with the vendor and able to make a decision in a short period of time. We strongly recommend PHILLIPA BENTON to anyone looking for a trustworthy, hardworking home agent.

We had the absolute pleasure of working with Marie and we truly couldn’t have asked for a better real estate agent. From the beginning, Marie impressed us with her professionalism, in-depth knowledge of the real estate market, and excellent communication skills (even while she was on an overseas holiday). Our journey to finding a new home and selling our current home wasn’t a quick or straightforward one, life threw us some unexpected health challenges that slowed the process considerably. Throughout it all, Marie was patient, supportive, and never once made us feel rushed. Her warmth and genuine care shone through. She stayed connected, listened to our needs, and was always there to help. Marie always went above and beyond, whether that meant working around our busy schedule, fitting into our toddlers routine and most importantly hiding “Marie choccies" for our son to find after each open home. Her hard work and genuine care for our family made all the difference, and we always felt like more than just clients. If you're looking for someone who is not only a knowledgeable and skilled real estate professional but also truly cares about the people she works with, we wholeheartedly recommend Marie. Thank you Marie, we couldn’t have done it without you.

Kaye was always completely professional yet had a real empathy which made my experience so much easier. She had been recommended to me by my daughter in law and I was not disappointed. Her communications were so clear, helpful and encouraging. I would happily recommend her myself.
