Got it done
Lisa had some good ideas and confidence in how we could achieve our sale price goals in a subdued market, which is why we chose her. Once on the market, Lisa had a steady stream of buyers through. Lisa worked hard with the buyers to get them up to the selling price goal and successfully negotiated a sale within 4 weeks of listing, very close to our reasonably sale price goal.

Outstanding Service

We absolutely love our interactions with Teresa! Our first home buying journey was lengthy as I can imagine is the case for so many in this market. We met Teresa a few months back & she stood out as being honest, genuine & knowledgable in her profession. I then reached out to her about a new listing she had & to my delight, got to know her a lot more. We have known Teresa for over 2 years now, and have dealt with her on two instances - land purchase and sale of the property (same address). It has been wonderful to deal with Teresa on both these instances. Teresa is an honest, kind and genuine person. We are based outside of Hawera and we didn’t even had to visit during the land purchase, or at the time of house sale. It was all managed by Teresa through phone calls, pictures and videos. Throughout the process Teresa kept us informed on a regular basis and never gave us a chance to follow up. She is efficient, always on top of things and provides an exemplary service. Teresa even went to the extent of tidying up the backyard, mending fence to make sale of the property.
