Kate and her colleague Billie in Kate‘s absence (annual leave) were both very professional in all aspects pertaining to the sale. Kate even continued to provide excellent service after the sale which included continuing and prompt communication with aspects outside her responsibilities as agent, eg organising a removal company. I would absolutely recommend Kate who provides a high standard service with very transparent process from start to end and beyond.

We meet Billie at an open home and loved her approach for coming to meet with us too discuss and even though we didn't buy that house we knew we wanted her to sell our house.
