8 months ago, we went to our 1st viewing to one of Hannah's open homes. Without having any knowledge of the New Zealand property market, we were terrified of heading down this path as all the online property information was just too overwhelming. Also, in keeping me informed with regard to progress and sorting out the power connection at 19 Mangarau Cres, and other issues that came up. Kate kept me informed about the Housing Market in the area with details of Properties comparable for sale of similar size & price. Kate always acted with good professionalism in each stage of selling the house. Kate was also very caring and understanding with troubles I had sorting out Contact Electricity to get power back on at the property, and sympathetic in regard to some personnal issues I had at the time.
