Excellent communicator and approachable.

We chose to deal with Arie directly because we felt he looked approachable and some one we could work with. And we were right. As property investors, we knew what we wanted. Arie was quick to met our demands. Communication was on point. Our deal was negotiated and verbally accepted within the first 20mins of viewing the property. For us Arie is what we expected in a Real Estate Agent. He is kind, friendly, approachable and though we were technically not his client, he ensured that both parties needs were met.
