The voice of calm and confidence in a difficult housing market
Steph helped us buy our house so we had no hesitation in asking her to help us sell it. We handed her this task in a difficult housing market after just owning the house for a year and needing a sale on a time limit due to moving overseas. Always cheerful and helpful with prompt feedback on open homes and viewings, plus answering all my random questions. Steph will always be tied with our memories of this old house. Thank you Steph.

Professional team, great results
Nathan and Michelle put a great effort into the sale process, and maintained a high level of communication and information flow with us despite our being in other locations and time zones, and were available whenever we needed them. They were also very helpful with the sale process and ensuring we were across the important aspects, and answered our questions using what was clearly an excellent depth of knowledge. Seamless administration backs up this team. For us, given we were selling our mothers house, at times this required some sensitivity and consideration, and Team Haman were able to navigate this scenario very adroitly. Thanks for the effort you put in to make the process easier on Mum, and going a little above and beyond. Well done and we wish you all the best.

Patience is a virtue
After first listing my unit with Nathan late March 2022 we experienced quite a sudden and full-on change in the market which majorly impacted the selling process. On top of that we had a very wet miserable winter which never helps things. Nathan and his team weathered the storm, holding relentless open homes, private viewings and dealing with offers falling over despite date extensions, but never faltered from the plan. Finally after 41/2 months of perseverance we managed to get a sale across the finish line. A huge thank you to Nathan for endless calm and patience, great communication and at times much-needed humour. Would recommend Nathan and his team and would opt to go with again if the situation arose.

More Than Happy
Nathan and Michelle Haman have been wonderful as agents with my house up for sale. They have been very committed with every aspect, have been so open and easy to deal with, and more than willing to go that extra mile. They had a clear marketing plan from the start, which they tailored further during the sales process to fit with the changes in the market, so the sale was more likely in a dynamic market. Their personal approach with communication was a strength of theirs to keep my adult children and me updated without having to ask for updates. I would certainly recommend them and their team.

Great attitude, Expert and Honest
Stephanie was very helpful from start to finish. She has a great attitude, and kind heart, and goes above and beyond for her client. It was pleasant and painless because she always kept me informed. She always provided me with excellent guidance on the listing price, she was extremely knowledgeable in the market. Great communication throughout the entire process. Review of experience with Nathan for the purchase of 29 Ladeira Place
My experience with Nathan and his team for the purchase for 29 Ladeira Place went very well. I didn't interact with Nathan himself that much, but mainly Annalise and Holly (with her e-mail updates). They provided their service very well and in a professional and friendly manner. I'm sure nathan would have been overseeing and organising most of this in the background as well. So just just wanting to say another big thanks to Nathan and his team on helping my sister and I buy our first home.

From Town to Country
