The property was well marketed and generated considerable interest which let us choose between multiple offers when the time came. When the first offer fell over the team jumped right back into it generating another multi offer for us. So within 5 days of the original contract falling over we had the second offer go unconditional at more money than the first. They communicated transparently throughout and made the process super easy. Couldn't recommend enough to buy or sell through.

It’s one thing getting a deal over the line in a heated market but it’s another thing trying to do the same in a less then ideal market. Nathan, Michelle and Holly were pleasant to deal with from the beginning till the end, didn’t set any unrealistic expectations and communicated things the way they were. To be blunt, my property wasn’t the easiest to market in many ways but they eventually achieved an outcome that was acceptable considering the market conditions. It was like dealing with a family business in a good way.
