Great Team Effort
Nathan, Michelle and their team have provided an excellent service from our first meeting by introducing us to tradesman to show the house to its full potential, right through to the sale. The experience with Lyall was better than we had hoped .
Lyall was totally professional, and his knowledge of feeling the market for our property was exceptional . Lyall communicated with us constantly on open home reviews and the feed back from persons attending them . This communication continued upto and after the sale of the property . Great Team effort!
Nathan and his team provided excellent communication during the whole sale process. This included weekly updates, handling the tenants, helping arrange a garden clean up, handyman and when we went to clean the property after the tenants moved out, Team Haman even came to help us! We can highly recommend using Nathan and his team to sell your house.

Professional & Personable - the best combo!
We've now used Nathan & Michelle to buy and sell a house and couldn't recommend them more highly! Their communication throughout is fantastic. They make sure you are involved in the entire decision making process and are open and honest about everything that is going on, particularly in the current challenging market. On top of that they are simply lovely people to deal with and are always willing to help you out and provide advice when you need it, making what can be quite an ordeal, seamless and stress free. If we ever move back to the Waikato, we know who we will be contacting!
