I loved how professional Lyall was , he even made a second private viewing for us on his day off .. he was always happy , smiling and it didnt feel like he was Pushy or like he was hurrying to get us to make a decision like 5 seconds later ..very professional and welcoming he let us view at our pace and didnt rush us (unlike some others) ..
