Brad's building background and KNOWLEDGE was an absolute game changer when it came to purchasing this property, it meant we had immediate answers to questions that were make or break for the offer. Brads INTEGRITY is second to none, he's out there breaking the mould on your usual expectations of...let's be real here... your typical schmarmy real estate agent who only cares about his next comission! Brad made us feel so confident of his moral compass that he built trust and a genuine relationship with us and that now means we would recommend him to anyone buying or selling and that to me is a RESULT! -Happy buyers and sellers able to move on to their next chapters knowing they were cared for along the way.
