Back in mid-February we started looking at rural properties that had space and also a second dwelling for extended family to live in. We looked online and sent a few enquiries to a number of different agents asking about houses and pricing. Out of seven enquiries, Kylee Hanson was the only agent to personally follow up with us by phoning and also emailing us. She listened to what we were looking for in our next home and where we needed to be for school zoning for our children. Not only did we need to buy a house, but we also needed to sell our own home. Kylee was super motivated and talked us through the processes we needed to follow in order to sell our own home in time and then be able to purchase another one. Kylee appraised our properties for us, and they were in fact very accurate estimations of the potential sale prices. Within four days of deciding to put our house on the market, Kylee had our house live on the website with potential buyers already coming through the door. We were on a very tight schedule as the property we wanted to buy was accepting offers the same week as we were selling ours. Kylee was able to co-ordinate both the selling of our own home in a very timely manner with a great outcome. Kylee kept us informed at every step and was always available by phone or messaging and we never felt like we weren’t in control. Kylee attended the open home with us on the property we were interested in. She was able to offer us good advice and work with us on our budget and what we needed to think about before purchasing that home. On March 2nd, in the space of four hours, Kylee successfully guided us through selling our own home and helping us secure the property we so very wanted. It was a very stressful time for us with selling AND buying on the same day.
