As a first time buyer I found Catherine really helpful. I was looking at several houses and even though I wasn't at the time likely to put an offer on the one she was selling, she still took the time to walk me through how the process of offers, LIMs and so on worked. She was always available and got back to me really quickly when something important came up, plus took the initiative to check in several times during the process.
