I met Catherine when she was selling the estate of my deceased neighbour's. RiP. Catherine did an amazing job of advertising the property. Before the for sale sign went up Catherine had people interested and from memory one of these people signed up the next day. As I was overseas at this stage I did not have face to face contact with Catherine but she still managed to do an amazing job without any real input from me.
