Ian has been involved involved in the property industry for all of his working life. He has dealt with many agents. Some have been motivated by their own self interests (other than commission), others have had,an "I know it all attitude", and some have worked closely - becoming part of his working team. James definitely fitted the last description. He was part of our team! We were moving to Ch Ch from Papamoa and were not familiar with Ch Ch suburbs or what stock was available in our price range. James collated information on the market, encouraged us to send lists of properties that we liked the look off, and gave overviews of locations. We flew into Ch Ch on a Saturday morning .
