Worth his weight in Gold

We gave Mark 3 weeks in which to sell the run down rental property we had owned for 26 years. He provided a detailed appraisal, warts and all, and set to with gusto, holding an Open Home every day and in addition showing numerous potential buyers around. The description he gave on the Signboard and on the web was original and surely attracted a lot of attention. There were a couple of issues with the property which gave some interested parties cause for concern and Mark was very thorough and honest with his investigation and resolution of these. His communication with us was exemplary. This was far from a straightforward sale and Mark's advice and concern for the right outcome are much appreciated. At the last moment we decided to cancel the auction. Mark patiently talked us through our reasons, calmed our nerves and thanks to his good advice and expertise the auction went ahead and we obtained an outstanding result. We can not thank Mark enough. Special mention must also be made of the auctioneer Sandra O'Brien whose expertise contributed to "The Sale of the Year".
