We are so grateful for Elisa’s help in the purchase of our new home. We felt that she genuinely cared about our journey finding a family home. She communicated well. She had a lot of knowledge about the area and was able to give fair ideas of pricing. She was supportive without being pushy. Being a young family trying to buy into a competitive area we had many experiences of agents being condescending or even rude - Elisa was not like this at all and her open non-judgemental nature is a true asset. I recommend her very highly to those buying, but I also think that her skills would be great when selling property. I first met Elisa when she was selling a property in the area and she had a great outcome for the seller whilst being very respectful to potential buyers - this is a hard juggle and she nails it.
