Loren Potter was wonderful to deal with. We had not sold a house in 30 years so we needed someone with up to date knowledge of the market in Waihi. Loren gave excellent advice and kept in touch regularly (this was important for us as we do not live in Waihi). Loren's local knowledge with regard to pricing, advertising and open homes was spot on. Rhonda was the agent for a house we were interested in and through her help and willingness to go the extra mile to accomodate us as out of towners, we were able to view the property at very short notice on multiple occasions to satisfy ourselves it was the right one for us.
