Loren Potter was wonderful to deal with. We had not sold a house in 30 years so we needed someone with up to date knowledge of the market in Waihi. Loren gave excellent advice and kept in touch regularly (this was important for us as we do not live in Waihi). Loren's local knowledge with regard to pricing, advertising and open homes was spot on.
