Very proactive agent!
Steven and his team were excellent. After a disappointing and unsuccessful process with a different agent we switched to Harcourts and the chnage was immediate. Proactive, engaged and with good information available the new team was able to get a sale even faster than we'd hoped. I'd absolutely have confidence in these guys in the future.

Great to work with Nicola!
Nicola maintained a calm,proffessional manner through out the marketing time (which was longer than expected). She always kept me personally informed regarding relevant information along with regular computer based updates. I felt she worked with my best interests as a vendor - with a good outcome for the purchaser also. Very trustworthy work ethic.

Fantastic Service
We would like to thank Nicola for her advice during our listing and great communication with ourselves. Going above and beyond our expectations for the sale and helping us out with procuring our septic tank sign off with council. Her boots and all attitude was great to see. Her calm manner was also very helpful when our tenant was being a bit of a problem during the leaving process of renting. We have no problem in recommending her as a sales agent for Harcourts.
