Becky very quickly was able to set up a stressless harmony between ourselves and the vendors. As both parties were very keen to move on with their lives, Becky very professionally indicated to us the figure that the vendors expected, and we were willing to pay it. We had issues with the Lim report, that took HDC 6 working days to complete an Urgent LIM, after promising to complete in 3. Becky was able to reassure the vendors that the delay was not a problem with the property but a bureaucratic mismanagement.
