Anshul is an honest, kind person and an extremely diligent real estate agent

Anshul worked for me as a buyer's agent, to quickly find a property for me that ticked off my wish-list, in a great location and within my budget. Anshul was my go-between with the seller's real estate agent and assisted me to view the property before other prospective buyers and get a contract in place before the advertised open home. Anshul also assisted me with finding a truly excellent and thorough contract lawyer, Ami; who suggested conditions in the contract to better protect me financially. My health was not good when I needed to view this property and I was unable to drive. Anshul went out of his way to assist me by driving me to inspect the property, visit the contract lawyer and even drove me to ASB to set up a NZ bank account (I'm an Aussie).
