Perseverance led to a favourable result

We have been on a journey with Debbie, Harry and their team. I believe they have gone above and beyond to sell our house, which has resulted in a sale in a relatively short timeframe. Deb and Harry are very personable, responsive and have an amazing track record with extensive market knowledge. Although our house did not sell at auction, with their guidance we set a sharp price, then went to open offers. The confirmed offer was from someone who visited early on, and I believe it is due to good honest communication and timing that it has resulted in a finalized sale.
