Amazing experience in a declining market
Ash & Shar were absolutely amazing from start to finish. Everything began by getting the house ready for advertising and open homes. They organized repairs, cleaning, painting, gardening, staging etc. for the house to look fabulous, all while maintaining excellent communication with us. In tough conditions with interest rates going up and the market declining, we felt that Ash & Shar had our back and worked very hard to get us the price we wanted. We cannot recommend them highly enough.
