Just recently, we bought our dream house through Cass — and the whole experience was amazing! I really wanted to share and recommend her here. Even though we only viewed two houses, Cass was super attentive during the process. She knew every detail about the properties and made the whole experience really pleasant. Everything felt easy and efficient. We were so lucky — or maybe it was fate — that on our second viewing, we found a house we absolutely loved. The buying process turned out to be way more complicated than we expected, especially with lawyers, contracts, and all sorts of paperwork. As newcomers to New Zealand, we honestly felt a bit lost at first. Thankfully, Cass patiently guided us through every step, explaining things clearly and repeatedly when needed. From preparing documents and tracking progress to checking information and sending reminders, she was always on top of everything.
