Belinda Dunster was superb to work with, from the moment I met her through to the sale of my property and subsequently. Not only was the property sold very quickly--in about one month, sooner than I had anticipated--but the sale price also exceeded my expectations. Belinda's advice about the best marketing strategy was 100 percent accurate (e.g., to have the home staged professionally and to choose an auction). I had always thought that an empty property needs to be staged and that, given the school catchment area, an auction would obtain the best result for me. After speaking with Belinda my hunch was confirmed.
