Great customer-service and very responsive.

Jack was fantastic to work with throughout the buying process. He was always responsive, communicated clearly, and made himself available whenever we had questions. He went out of his way to organise viewings outside of the scheduled open home times that suited us. Jack was so knowledgeable regarding the marketing of the property and the results showed this

Jack had the knowledge to take every home to the market with strong focus on the best results for the seller The way in which this process was conducted for me was very easy every thing was take care of telephone calls kept me up to date and each open ho e the results were conveyed to me in writing which allowed me to read and understand where we were at at each stage The only thing I needed to do was ask and I was offered a solution, I think the weather gods played a good part of the open homes it allowed the home to be shown at its very best The photos were vey professional and it showed on the results and the video, I was a bit skeptical about the need but the result showed how important these were , and it was so well not like some I have seen done ! The strategy meeting was a very informative assessment for me I met the auctioneer and the support person , and were very welcoming on auction day Jack was so positive all through the selling process , he was well presented , with clean shoes and a clean shirt every time yes I did notice sometimes it’s the small things , , Jack and Lucy worked hard to get me the best possible price and they did. Well done team Jack you get me a wonderful result, no pressure Jack ! Just the best
