Nick kept the communication open and honest during my difficult time and decision makng. He put me at ease, he kept me informed re progress and marketing issues. To sell the house by auction was never in my sight but it was the best way to go. His bubbly personality eased my anxiety as I was doing all the decision making on my own without my dearly beloved of 54 years.
