We found Jay Yuan, very professional, helpful, with a lot of enthusiasm. Jay is very approachable, and has great communication skills. We asked a lot of questions, and Jay always came back with the answers, if he didn't know the answer (on a rare occasion), he found the information for us, nothing was too much trouble. He explained the auction system to us, stayed with us the whole time. Jay made us feel very comfortable. On the occasions we viewed the house, we never felt rushed, and he was always ready with the answers to our questions. Would we want Jay as our agent again, absolutely, yes without any doubt.
