Trustworthy and results!

We were in the unusual (for us) position of selling more than one property as a result of a deceased estate. Jacq came up with a sound plan and then with no delay set about putting that into action. She dealt with current tenants with kindness and consideration which I really appreciated. She set up great lines of communication and kept me informed every step of the way. At a time we expected grim results in a depressed property market, Jacq delivered multiple buyers quickly with some clever marketing and we achieved the kind of sale prices we had hoped for. I started this process nervous and skeptical but I've been happy to trust Jacq and grateful for her friendly and wise expertise.
