Charlie knew what i wanted

Charlie went out of his way to ask me what i was looking for and seemed to understand exactly the sort of property that would interest me. Charlie didn't try and show me properties that were outside my brief, he had really listened and he then found me a great place that ticked almost all of my wishlist. Not an easy task! Charlie was professional at all times, but also really laid back and fun. He's an excellent communicator, letting me know updates at all times and made the process really easy. Thank you Charlie, I can't wait to move into my new place that i wouldn't have found without your help.
