They were most professional, polite always on time for an appointment,kept me informed all the way with emails, telephone calls or visits to my home, easy to discuss things with, gave me good advise. Shaun, James and the entire team were absolutely amazing to deal with. They continuously communicated with me & no question was to big or to small. They supported us with all of our decisions and continue to help me going forward. The biggest thing for me was being able to have a laugh with them all and being able to enjoy the entire process and not be completely stressed out. I never felt like the team were giving me high expectations through the process and they were straight to the point and honest. James provided me with feedback before I agreed to use them on how I can make things a little better and he also provided me with a great painter to help fast track what needed to be done.
