As a single parent, first home buyer who also took advice from an investor mentor and friend before I started my house hunting journey to ensure my first property purchase was a sound investment to kickstart my property portfolio aspiration, I wasn’t your typical client, equal parts fussy/ particular and anxious/ stressy. However Sam was amazing from the get go, she listened to the aspirations I had for me and my little whaanau, the future I saw for us, with this being our first step.
