We had some hesitancy going into a deadline sale, but he and his team's strategy of when and how to make the offer, managing the offer conditions, and his recommended lawyers came in clutch. We had a chat with Josh to get an idea of what we wanted, and he was very easy to deal with and was able to dumb everything down for us as necessary. His picks were great - he shortlisted two places, one was exactly perfect for us, and we only ever went to one viewing! Having an agent made the whole process much smoother and it was less stressful than anticipated. I appreciated that he got to know us and the moving in gift was thoughtful and much appreciated.
