He also accurately gave and the minimum acceptable prices for each. He explained who the most likely purchasers would be and targeted them throughout the process. His knowledge of the market enabled him to deter buyers who would not result in a purchase within the target price-band. He allowed us to do the open homes on our terms. We were kept fully informed of buyer interest, day and evening. James responded to every communication within maximum 5 minutes.
