James is friendly, has great knowledge, gave good advice, and kept me fully informed of progress.

Our house sale was slightly different from normal.......the house could be purchased alone, or with the neighbour's house, which was being sold in like manner. From the very beginning of the process, James explained all relevant information, including price range for both a single sale and a combined sale. He also accurately gave and the minimum acceptable prices for each. He explained who the most likely purchasers would be and targeted them throughout the process. His knowledge of the market enabled him to deter buyers who would not result in a purchase within the target price-band. He allowed us to do the open homes on our terms. We were kept fully informed of buyer interest, day and evening. James responded to every communication within maximum 5 minutes. Our house sold in conjunction with the neighbours, and we achieved the price being targeted. I would highly recommend James.
