A great agent who delivers!
Ken and Judy Ludemann were absolutely fabulous in our recent house purchase. We were introduced to a number of properties that met our requirements and never once were we pressured into looking at properties. We were able to see houses just coming on to the market and eventually bought a house we had dismissed from consideration. Every thing we asked for was delivered on, LIM, consent details CCC additional information and access. Ken did a really great job!
