I met Philippa about a year before we wanted to sell, like her as soon as we spoke. I knew whe we were ready to I put the house in her hands. She was very helpful with pricing and also how we should stage it. It took a while to sell but through the winter it was very quiet but Philippa still held open homes in case someone did come to look. I really appreciate all her help.
