A friend complained to me that it never looked that good when we were there. She made the sale process very easy, taking the time to explain everything so clearly. This was important as we live three hours away. The Harcourts office in our hometown was very good in scanning and emailing all our paperwork to Paulette while the sale was being negotiated. At all times Paulette was a delight to deal with, so friendly, charming and knowledgeable. Top marks must also go to the photographer, he did a grand job. Don't choose anyone else to market your property, she is simply the BEST!
