Wanly went "right out of her way" to accommodate my parents in the sale of their property at 60 Glamorgan Drive, Torbay. The property was unique and required a special type of purchaser (developer) to see the potential of the property, which after a multi-offer situation, Wanly was able to obtain an optimum sales price. She even negotiated an "as is, where is" clause in the agreement, making my parents move from the property much easier.
