We first met Julie in 2019 when we were only vaguely contemplating selling our house. She gave us some helpful advise re painting the exterior. In early 2024, when various circumstances required us to definitely commit to selling, we called Julie as a familiar name. There was much to do on our house to get it ready for sale and Julie was with us all the way. She provided us with names of tradespeople, all of whom were excellent. Julie recognised the difficult emotional situation we were in and provided our whole family with reassurance during the many months that it took to get the house market ready. Once we had committed to the auction process, Julie arranged the staging and ran the open homes with minimal input required from us. A successful auction on 19 December has meant that we can relax over summer, knowing that we now have the finances available to move on to our next stage in life. we cannot recommend Julie highly enough for her caring, long term commitment to us as clients.
