A Very Positive Experience.

We were very impressed with the high standard of customer service we received from Sarah. When I first met her in the Snells Beach office I was impressed with her professional yet friendly approach. Prior to us actually being ready to list Sarah kept us up to date with how the market in the district was performing. Sarah was extremely professional in keeping us informed every step of the way and making the whole business of selling from a distance so much less stressful than it could have been. She organised all the paperwork and guided us as to which marketing strategy was going to work best for us. As we hadn’t had experience of late in selling/buying property her expertise,confidence and positivity was reassuring. The house has tenants and Sarah was very helpful in her approach in liaising with them during the marketing process. The Harcourts Tandem Realty auctioneer is a friendly, helpful reassuring person and we definitely had the feeling that he was working for us! We are pleased with the outcome and would find it hard to find fault with the marketing of our property by Sarah and indeed the whole experience.
