Two in two Weeks

Matt is a star! . Knowing that we had made an unconditional offer on a property with a long settlement period in a in a low market and that we needed to see our two properties sold as quickly as possible. Matt suggested different strategies for each property, and worked with us to achieve an excellent result. Despite the depressed property market, we had 42 groups of people through one home and 15 groups of people through our investment property. We settled both properties within two weeks for good prices that were higher than expected, and with potential backup offers, resulting in us being able to continue with the purchase of our new property with confidence. Matt had an impressive understanding of the local market, which helped us make informed decisions. He kept us informed at every step of the process and was always available to answer questions. He went above and beyond, by mowing some large lawns when rain had made a tidy job difficult, by seeking out target market groups for our very different properties, and by supporting the eventual purchasers of one property to find alternative banking options enabling their mortgage and the sale to go through.
