To The team .. Ben, Michelle and others. We appreciated all the effort the team went to over the Marketing of our property at Moffat rd .. Being respectful to our wishes especially as there were interested buyers contacting us and Harcourt's long before the Auction .. some if the contact was not welcomed by us at the time and it helped to have a buffer with the Agents. We really like the Auctioneer Kieran too as very enthusiastic and helpful. We appreciated having Real Estate Agents who respected and understood the value of our property so we could get near our intended price. It was also important to utilise fine days for viewing and also checking the tide for the Estuary. Thanks for this. The staging was outstanding so thank you to Lisa for your wonderful sense of flair .. thanks to builders and painters for all your willing hard work and overtime!! General communication was good.
