Friendly at open homes and great communication and listened to our feedback and what we were looking for. Katherine was intuitive and quick to offer options that would work and made herself available in her busy schedule to view. Her open and honest discussions and feedback during negotiations was exceptional along with her patience. Her knowledge and style was helpful and un-pressured but quick to respond to requests and made the whole process easy including the due diligence stage. I would definitely buy or sell thru her again.
